FAQFrequently Asked QuestionsDo the shoes/boots come in widths? Yes the CM700 and CM300 come in both Medium and wide widths however the other shoes and boots come only in a medium width. If you wear medium width order the size that you would normally wear. If you need a wide width you should then order the boots or shoes a ½ size bigger. The idea is that you may be wearing an extra pair of socks during winter golf. Our Sandals come in full sizes only and run a little long so if you normally would wear a 7½ you should order a size 7 and so on. What if the shoes/boots don't fit when I receive them? We have an unconditional "fit guarantee". If the shoes do not fit, you can send them back for a full refund. You must pay the return freight.
Are extra spikes available? Yes, we have extra spikes available. They are sold in a pack of 24 for $11.95 and can be purchased here

Are the shoes/boots guaranteed waterproof? Yes, the shoes/boots are guaranteed waterproof for 2 years from time of purchase. Please retain your receipt in case you need to show proof of purchase. Shoes/boots must have been used under normal winter golf conditions to be eligible for replacement. |
